The streaming platform that understands your event
A typical platform shows a video.
DL.LIVE understands what’s happening behind it.
Not just online. Truly part of the event.
A video player delivers a picture. But an event is much more than that: a programme, moments that matter, questions, reactions, materials and people who want to do more than watch.
That’s why we rebuilt DL.LIVE from the ground up. Rather than putting the stream at the centre and adding a few features around it, the platform treats your event as a whole – live, interactive and extending beyond the event itself.
At the right moment |
The platform knows what’s happening
With DL.LIVE, an agenda is more than a list of times. The platform knows which session is currently running, shows what’s coming next and keeps the audience, hosts and organisers on the same page.
Relevant content, materials and interactions can appear exactly where and when attendees need them. Even when the event runs differently from the original plan, the online experience remains clear and connected.
The result isn’t just a website with an embedded video. It’s a platform that keeps pace with your event..
When things change live |
One change. Everyone sees what they need.
The next agenda item is brought forward. A document is added to a session at short notice. And a poll needs to start right now. In many setups, that means juggling the programme, video page, download links and several separate tools.
With DL.LIVE, the event team manages the event as a whole. When the running order changes, attendees see the current agenda item, the relevant information and the interaction needed at that moment – all on the event page.
For the audience, it feels straightforward: open the page, find your bearings and take part. For the team, it means less coordination behind the scenes and a calmer event operation.

Event-Series |
Your event ends. Its knowledge stays.
Event Series turns recurring events into a lasting knowledge archive. Past events, individual sessions and chapters remain accessible in one place – publicly or restricted to your intended audience.
Transcripts make the content searchable. Where timestamps are included, a click takes you straight to the relevant moment in the video. No one needs to remember which two-hour meeting covered a particular topic and then search through the entire recording.
The value of an event doesn’t end when the credits roll. Individual recordings become a structured media library where knowledge is easy to find and put to use again.
SSO - One Login |
Sign in with your existing organisational account
Attendees can sign in with the account they already use at their company or association. DL.LIVE supports single sign-on via OpenID Connect.
That means no additional password to manage, fewer questions before the event and secure access linked to a known identity. The same account can be used for a single event or an entire event series.
Alternatively, access can be open, registration-based, ticket-based or restricted to a specific group – depending on who should be able to attend.
More ways to fund your event |
SPONSORSHIP & VIDEO ADVERTISING
Make your event’s reach part of your sponsorship packages. With DL.LIVE, you can offer advertising slots for sponsor and product videos during programme breaks – creating additional revenue opportunities for your event.
You can also report on what your partners receive: plays, total and average watch time, and completed views provide a clear picture of how the booked clips were watched. This gives you concrete figures for sponsor discussions and post-event reporting.
DL.LIVE handles playback: prepared video playlists run automatically during designated breaks, repeating if needed. That turns a programme break into advertising space you can sell.
